About Doug Burke
My clients are my top priority. I keep a close eye on each and every transaction that I am in involved in and am able communicate, protect and advise my clients every step of the way. When I am hired by a buyer or seller to assist them with their real estate transactions, I do it with the highest degree of integrity. I enjoy the variety of tasks and the interaction with people, everyday a different day. Each transaction is a journey in itself with potential pitfalls and detours; I am calm, confident, analytical, pay attention to detail, and a problem solver helping my clients feel at ease along the way. I guide them through the process until the final papers are signed.
I had buyers from Colorado in town who fell in love with a house that had citrus trees. These trees were on the verge of dying due to extreme heat and lack of water. They headed back home to prepare for their move to Tucson, meanwhile I stopped by the house frequently to water the trees. When the buyers returned, the trees were revived making my buyers very happy. Going out of my way to do a little something is the norm for me. I love what I do, and best of all, I enjoy seeing my client happy at the end.
The blue skies, mountains, warm sunshine, the dry air, and the feeling of a small town in a large metropolitan area is what brought me to Tucson back in 2008. I love the Mexican influence on the architecture, the delicious food, the culture, and even the street names are in Spanish, (forcing me to tidy up on my Spanish to pronounce them correctly). Tucson really gives you the sense of community where everyone feels right at home. I enjoy playing my guitar, playing fetch with my golden retriever, reading biographies, golfing, listening to 1960’s Rock & Roll, and cooking.
My goal is to provide every client with an exceptional real estate experience. If you’ve had a not so pleasant experience in the past, I’ll change your mind. Let me be your real estate agent of choice when you are ready to buy or sell, I would love to talk to you, call me!
